Oftentimes, when we go through difficult periods, personally, professionally or otherwise, we find ourselves feeling guilty, or holding on to things that do not serve us.
It's in these trying times that it is important to remember to give ourselves some grace.
What does that look like? Is it forgiving ourselves? Or releasing negative energies?
